Church Values: Sacrificial Faith, Excellence, Multi-Generational Ministry, Transparency, Stories of Life Change
We know it can sometimes be difficult to find out about a church so we've tried to answer a few basic questions on this page. If you think you'll be visiting soon, you're invited to visit the Looking to Visit page. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions.
What time are the weekend services?
Sunday service times are 8:30, 9:50, & 11:10am.
What type of church is Tri-Village?
Tri-Village Christian Church is a non-denominational, Christian church comprised of individuals from a variety of backgrounds (Catholics, Protestants, the spiritually curious but skeptical, atheists, etc.) into a loving church family. It is a safe place for anyone simply wanting to check out Christianity without any pressure. Tri-Village also allows for those who have decided to follow Jesus Christ to grow and be encouraged spiritually.
What is meant by non-denominational?
Ultimately, we believe that Christ is the head of the church. Unlike a formal denomination, Tri-Village is not associated with any denominational headquarters, diocese, or formal denominational name. Elders (1 Timothy 3:1-7, Titus 1:5-9) and ministry staff help to spiritually guide the church.
What should I wear?
You're free to wear whatever clothes make you feel most comfortable. However, please be modest. Most individuals dress casual.
What can I expect when I attend?
Tri-Village might be a little different from what you're used to in a church. Multi-media, contemporary music and practical messages aimed at real life issues are used to present the timeless truths of scripture at a level easily understood by spiritual beginners and seasoned followers alike.
Will I have to say anything, sign anything, give anything, or be singled out in any way?
Rest assured that you won't be put on the spot, singled-out, or embarrassed. For security reasons, we require all children (birth-3rd grade) to be registered if they attend one of the kids' classes.
What about my kids - do they come in with me or is there something going on for them?
Village Kids provide an exciting, quality experience for every child. Kids’ classes are held simultaneously with adult services every Sunday allowing you to maximize your worship experience in our adult services.
What about studying the Bible in a smaller group setting?
Sunday worship services are a great starting point to studying the Bible, but Tri-Village understands that every individual is designed to be involved in a smaller community of believers in which he or she can grow spiritually. Spiritual growth is never meant to be done alone. Life Groups take place on both Sunday mornings and throughout the week. They are great ways to study the Bible in a smaller group setting. A complete listing of groups may be located at www.tri-village.org/groups. Check the online group finder often as new groups are always being started.
