The Ministry Residency is a one-year program designed for college or seminary students desiring to enter full-time ministry. All students must be in good academic standing. In addition to the tract they choose, exposure to other ministry areas in the life of the church will be given with the intention of teaching how a local church operates.
Track options include Adult Ministries, Children, General Ministry, Outreach & Sports, Students, and Worship.
In addition to hands-on ministry experience in a track, residency includes reading of recommended books, attending a conference, and a weekly spiritual development component. Residents will be paid a weekly stipend; housing can be provided. If needed, a student may continue his/her education at the same time as long as they can be present on-site throughout the majority of the residency. It is required that all residents be baptized followers of Christ and agree doctrinally with Tri-Village. Contact with questions.
