The Second Career Residency is a two-year program where an individual may continue in their full-time job while receiving hands-on ministry experience in a local church. It is intended for adult college graduates with a current career who are sensing God may be calling them to full-time ministry.
Track options include Adult Ministries, Children, General Ministry, Outreach & Sports, Students, and Worship.
In addition to hands-on ministry experience in a track, residency encompasses reading of recommended books, attending a conference, and a weekly spiritual development component. Residents will be paid a weekly stipend and have the opportunity for additional ministry opportunities. Due to the nature of the role, it is required that any second career residents be a member at Tri-Village and in full doctrinal agreement. Contact with questions.
